The communication agency MINDACT has acquired a share in the Solingen-based agency kogag, a specialist for automotive events, brand positioning and promotion. The agencies have already cooperated successfully in the past and this step now moves them closer together in order to create the best possible conditions for future joint growth of both companies under one roof.
